CURSOS Y TALLERES
COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

This workshop allows us to discover how low self-esteem leads us to sabotage our achievements in life, establishing wrong beliefs about dignity and worth as people; affecting behaviors, capacities and the way we relate to the family, work and social environment, preventing us from achieving our goals.

At the request of His Eminence José Francisco Cardenal Robles Ortega Archbishop of Guadalajara, the team is supporting the "IFL", Institute of Lay Formation of the Archdiocese of Guadalajara, in the Human Dimension, Accompaniment and Inner Healing.

We are co-dependent when we discover that our life revolves around another person and we feel that we do not have a life of our own and that we are victims of others. The workshop aims to enable us to choose and establish healthier human relationships.

Following the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius, R. P. J. Wheeler, S.J. structured this course in 28 steps as an instrument to learn to live as laity in the Spirit of Jesus and to lead us to holiness.

It is an intensive treatment for codependency, in a safe environment separate from our daily lives, in order to fully enter into personal work.

It is a course that helps you avoid sinking more and more into pain and depression. It takes you little by little to heal the dark moments in your life by bringing you to the light and discovering that the mission of the human being is to be free and happy. Depression prevents you from seeing the good in your life by leaving yourself to enjoy what this disease has taken from you. It is a course that takes you from sadness to discovering that your life has many options if you know how to find them and by the hand of faith find that the pain you have suffered is not a permanent thing, that you can get out of it and that you are called to realize that you have never been alone, and that you can learn from depression and grow as a human being.

Make known what forgiveness is and live its process through the five steps that lead us to accept the part of responsibility that we have in the conflicts that we have in our affective relationships. Forgiveness is personal.
One of the most serious problems in today's society is violence, be it physical or emotional. To overcome it, it is necessary to forgive, with a "heart forgiveness".

Whoever loves himself is capable of loving and valuing others. This workshop aims to help the participant to:
• Define what self-esteem is.
• Deepen and evaluate where self-esteem is generated.
• Facilitate the change of dysfunctional attitudes towards oneself for more functional ones.
It also allows you to discover how low self-esteem leads you to sabotage your achievements in life by establishing wrong beliefs about your dignity and worth as a person; affecting your behaviors, your abilities; your way of relating to your family, work and social environment and preventing you from achieving your goals.

This course aims to recognize and free the person from existing blocks that prevent spiritual growth and true joy in life. It is aimed at people interested in integral healing, both psychological and spiritual, through Ignatian spirituality.
It is intended to come into contact and experience Jesus in contemplation in order to establish Christ as the center of one's life and thus engage with Him in an intimate union to be able to offer selfless service to others. It is also aimed at priests, men and women religious, committed laity, prayer centers, community development, and anyone who wishes to have a more intimate relationship with God.
The duration of the program is one and a half years (four semesters) and consists of 28 steps. Sessions are weekly for two hours. One week the topic is received and the next week is worked in small groups.

Fundamental evangelization retreat, it is the first announcement that awakens the Faith, opens the heart and leads us to conversion. Relive our commitment to be confirmed in the Faith. It does not happen here in Guadalajara.

"It is not the experiences of life that make life sick, but the way we carry them in the body".
Did you know that your body preserves the memory of what you have experienced, even when your mind has forgotten or denied it?
This Workshop based on the Biospiritual Approach technique, teaches a simple and respectful way to listen to the language of your body and to know how feelings are expressed in it, deepening the therapeutic processes and favoring spiritual, emotional and physical integration.
Whoever learns to get in touch with his feelings and what is real in himself, even when nothing around him changes, everything changes for him.

It is necessary to realize that much of the suffering in our lives we do not have to bear as a requirement of our human condition since most of the time it is due to a primary wound made against the depths of our human essence.
This course takes you to discover the abuse you suffered, to know the abusive behaviors that you were subjected to and to heal by letting your true identity emerge, forgiving the people who hurt you and begin to be happy.
Some of the abuses that we will deal with will be physical, emotional, sexual and spiritual.

The objective is to know the maturity traits of each stage of life in order to understand one's own deficiencies and needs, facilitate their resolution and healing in the present to recover everything that we did not obtain at the time.

"Where two or more meet in My name, there I will be in their midst ". Matthew 18, 20.
For this reason, prayer acquires a special force when we unite our intention to the intercession of Jesus and Mary, for all the needs of the Church: Since we are the Church ourselves, we pray as a group for each other.

"There is no sin or disease that You cannot heal… There is no wound that cannot be healed by You…"
The objective of this ministry is to accompany us along the way, during our personal inner healing process, to physically, psychologically, emotionally or spiritually ill people who need to be heard and ask for prayer. Go through our life in prayer from the moment of our Conception, until the present moment.

As an Ignatian Prayer Center, this workshop offers us various ways of praying taken from the book of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius, to find our own style.

This course gives us the opportunity to learn to pray and know the wonderful power that prayer has in inner healing. The purpose is to be able to heal the different wounds that have marked us in our lives and that today affect us and our relationships. These wounds have to do with our history, hence it is important to be able to touch them with the healing love of Jesus. The only way to deal with so much pain is through the presence of Jesus and the precious help of prayer.
In this course you will be able to remember significant moments in your life that left a mark on you and listen to the experiences of other people who will perhaps put you in contact with memories that you had already forgotten due to the magnitude of the pain they caused you. The grace of God will reveal them to you little by little, in addition to accompanying you in this process.

The requirement to participate in this workshop is to have attended the previous workshops and to have started with a recovery process that allows us to address in greater depth the issues of abuse, limits, money management and role usurpation. It offers us concrete tools to direct our steps towards healing.

The human being is born with the purpose of loving and being loved. It is these experiences of love from the earliest childhood that allow us to feel connected with ourselves, with others, with God and with the universe. Sometimes, due to various experiences in life, the bridges that connect us with these sources of love are broken, generating a deep sense of loss and grief.
This workshop aims to learn a way to process losses by grieving at the same time, such as:
• Not having had parents who loved us as we needed and deserved.
• Not having had a stable family environment.
• Losing a relative due to death, travel, divorce, etc.
• Losing economic stability.
• Losing your health.
• Losing the trust of the family
The list of losses and griefs can be endless and therefore the need to learn to process them is essential to be able to live in the present.

The purpose of the workshop is that we become aware of the need to plan, in the current moment, our existence for a responsible, full and transcendent life.

Erik Erikson's work through the eight stages of development of the healthy and integrated person, helps us understand the nature of a person at each stage. It shows us what is the virtue that is obtained in each stage so that we know our lack and in faith, we ask for the graces we need. We believe in the Healing Power of Jesus Christ and in his desire to restore in us our ability to love and be loved, to remember the path that leads us to reconnect with Him and get in touch with our purpose in life. This workshop allows us to realize what we did not obtain before, for whatever reasons, to obtain it now. It is never too late to help our inner child to grow, to gain everything it did not have, to live its losses and the processes of forgiveness.

This workshop takes us through a process of forgiveness towards ourselves and towards the people or circumstances of life that have hurt us deeply. It is the beginning of my personal healing and it shows me the unconditional love of God for me and the beginning of my recovery. It is necessary as a prerequisite to take KERIGMA, which is the renewal of baptismal and Confirmation promises.

It is never too late to begin to bring to light what our history has been, how it marked us, what were the lessons learned and what the consequences that made us fear unconditional love. This workshop helps people to become aware of the quality of their relationships through their life with dad, mom and siblings, to know how all this has helped to shape their personality, recognizing that sometimes it is necessary to start a deep process of forgiveness to be free from the resentments that threaten to destroy our health and sometimes our lives.

The objective of this workshop is to help people get in touch with their real feelings, get to know them, know their roots and learn to work with them through various techniques
. It will deepen the feelings:
• Guilt
• Anger
• Shame
• Sadness
• Fear
Those who are not in touch with their emotions and feelings have a barrier to being able to relate.

Prenatal studies have shown with certainty that all our experiences in the womb, from conception to birth, produce an important and prolonged effect on our lives, forming the template on which our physical, emotional and spiritual development will be sustained. < br> In this way, stressful events suffered by parents during the gestation of their baby, such as a conflictive relationship as a couple, a difficult economic situation, family problems, illnesses, losses of all kinds, abuse, etc., cause a high level of distress in the baby. suffering and stress.
Much more suffering and stress will occur in the baby when it was a high-risk pregnancy, there was separation from the mother for several days, she was in an incubator and not to mention when it was an unwanted child, there were thoughts of losing it, giving it up for adoption or there was danger or attempted abortion.
Even when the pregnancy has developed in the best of conditions, the birth process itself is a stressful and traumatic event for the baby, even more so when there were obstetric interventions such as: cesarean section, forceps, anesthesia, use of inducers, etc. ., many of which are necessary to save the life of the baby or the mother, but many others, could be avoided. In any of the above situations, events of this type are potentially traumatic and produce shock in the baby, leaving prenatal and / or perinatal memories that have negative and lasting impacts that decisively influence their development. WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO RESOLVE IT
This trauma or shock can leave physical sequelae such as orthopedic problems, various diseases, motor disorders, cerebral palsy, neurological damage, etc.
It can also manifest itself in psychological and emotional aspects such as hyperactivity, attention deficit, learning problems, excessive crying or no crying, difficulty feeding, lack of sleep, sudden anger, phobias, leaving things unfinished, problems with authority, lack of bond, inability to perform, difficulty in making decisions, among many others.
These consequences will not disappear as long as the shock is not resolved and will continue to limit the integral development of the person, be it baby, child, youth or adult. In experience, the achievements that have been achieved with this treatment are that: the person discovers the roots of their limitations, they are helped to resolve the shock and acquire the power to change what they feel the need to change.
